These can definitely struggle in today's heavy websites even, many of which utilize h265 video which these old platforms cannot decode in hardware. If you didn't, why the hell not?!Base config of the 2014-2017 mini was horribly bad, with an absolute pathetic 1.4ghz dual core, and 5400rpm hard drive.Įven the mid-range to high end models were still only dual core with really weak onboard graphics from 4th gen Intel platform.
